Spring Baseball

Registrations will begin the end of January/beginning of February. Practices typically start the first week of March. Games start the first week of April. Age cutoff is September 1st. CYAA is dual chartered in Cal Ripken and Little League.

Divisions include:

• 3-4 year old co-ed Instuctional
• 5-6 year old optional co-ed T-ball
• 7-8 year old 8U-Coach Pitch
• 9-10 year old 10U-Minor Kid Pitch
• 11-13 year old 50/70 Kid Pitch

Instructional league only plays on Saturday mornings. Instructional and T-ball leagues require no park-to-park travel and all games are played in-house. Starting in Coach Pitch some minor travel is included to provide a wider range of competition. 10U and above divisions include travel to local parks in the Huntsville/Madison County area.

All-star tournaments will be available for 8U-12U divisions in Little League.  Practices and tournaments will be held from June through July. All-star players are determined through a ballot system.

Players should furnish their own gloves, cleats, and helmets at a minimum. 

Fall Baseball 

Registration begins in July and ends at the beginning of August. Games start in September and can last through October.

Fall baseball is open for all divisions beginning at 6U T-ball.  Baseball games and practices may occur on Fridays and Sundays.

Opponents are the same in Spring and Fall. More travel is required in all divisions for the fall due to the lower participation.
